Freelance Video Editing

I price projects with a base estimate, for example $750. I expect 50% paid beforehand. At my assumed halfway point of editing, I'll show you the progress and we can reassess. Pricing will never go up unless you request an improved iteration beyond what the estimate assumed. I spent 4 years editing for free, so my intention is as far from a scammer as you could put me.

Every video idea takes a different amount of time and effort to bring to life. These are the variables I'm considering when estimating a price point for a video:

• Organization of content provided (folders, labeling, all content at once)
• Duration of the video (body)
• Level of detail requested (comparative to my portfolio)
